Koenig Cleaning & Organization Services

BOOKING POLICY

All services REQUIRE a $30 on-site consultation to determine services needed as well as square footage. All pricing for Koenig Cleaning and Organization services will be rendered at the time of consultation. This will follow the on-site walk through and after the full scope of work has been assessed. All services will have taxes added to the service(s) fees per state requirements.

A minimum of hours is allotted for services, which is based on the square footage of a home/site. Additionally, a minimum number of team members are assigned for each service scheduled. Any time spent beyond the allotted scheduled time is a charge of $95 per hour or portion thereof.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the consultation has been completed and services have been scheduled, appointments MUST be canceled 24 hours in advance.

Example: If appointment time is 9:00AM, Friday, June 30, the appointment MUST be canceled by 9:00AM, Thursday, June 29.

We kindly ask you make every effort to notify our team of your wish to cancel according to our cancellation policy. If you are unable to cancel in time, 50% of your service payment will be forfeited.

Terms & Conditions

1. Courtesy will be shown to all tenants and employees.

2. Care will be taken to conserve water and power beyond that which is required for the performance of our duties. Water and central air must be made available to cleaning crew from client during each clean.

3. Every effort will be made to observe and report any unusual occurrences during each clean.

4. These terms are not binding toward a cancellation fee. In the event of a pandemic, epidemic, or any act of God, customer must give 2-week notice for cancellation, with the expectation that Koenig Cleaning & Organization will complete the two weeks. Exception: If Koenig Cleaning & Organization is not meeting the customer’s cleaning expectations, the customer may terminate the relationship without 2 weeks’ notice.

5. With the exception of applicable taxes or additional cleanings of any type, the monthly billing rate is locked in for the next 12 months.

6. Koenig Cleaning & Organization carries comprehensive general liability. (Client Name) will be added as certificate holder/additional insured. Certificates will be available. FOR COMMERCIAL CONTRACTS ONLY IF NEEDED

7. Koenig Cleaning & Organization acknowledges major holidays, i.e. Christmas day, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day and Thanksgiving Day. Some holidays will be the day before and after to allow time with family.

8. Koenig Cleaning & Organization will provide all necessary solutions and tools to complete specified duties.

9. Contact will be made with cleaner(s) on a weekly or biweekly basis for updates or changes.

10. Invoicing will be completed by the first week of each month with an expectation that payment will be received no later than 10 days after invoice has been submitted. Taxes will apply to each monthly bill. COMMERCIAL ONLY

Invoicing for residential clients will be received within 24hrs of job completion with payment due upon receipt.

Laundry Services

Time is a precious commodity and some domestic tasks cost us a lot of it. Laundry can be a time-consuming task. Thankfully, at Koenig Cleaning Services, we give you back your time! We do laundry; take a look at our a la carte services and add this service to your cart.

Pricing is based on each load and its size, as well as the number of loads to be washed, soil level, and folding or hanging. The laundry must be assessed prior to services being rendered and the pricing is set at that time. Pricing starts at $50. If you have additional questions, please contact us.

Carpet Cleaning Services

Carpeting can be a fantastic accent to the decor of a room; however, regular cleaning should be done to ensure the freshness of a room. Our carpet cleaning services rid your carpeting of dust, pet dander, pollen, dirt, etc.

This service includes: high traffic treatment, deodorizing, steam cleaning.

Additional treatments include: heavy stain and/or odor removal.

Service pricing is based on square footage. An on-site consultation is REQUIRED before scheduling your services.

Koenig Organization Services

Decluttering a space can be time consuming. Closets, kitchens, home office, garage, etc. You know what we say at Koenig Cleaning Services: We give you back your time! Give us a call and we can give you a helping hand!

Our organizational services are charged by the hour and must have an on-site assessment to determine final pricing for services rendered. If you have additional questions, contact us.

Junk Removal Services

Sometimes, clutter and junk pile up in your home and you wish you could just snap your fingers and it could be gone. At Koenig Cleaning Services, we've got the next best thing! Use us to haul away your unwanted items.

Pricing for this service is based on cubic feet. (For reference, a standard utility van is 500 cubic feet.) Please see the service options for pricing.

External Window Cleaning

Sparkling clean windows make your home/office look so appealing. Dirty windows age them quickly. It is worth booking our service to have your windows professionally cleaned.

Residential Exterior Windows: $8 to $12 per window. This range is depending upon buildup and how dirty the screens are.

Residential Interior Windows: $2 to $6 per window. This range is depending on the buildup in the track.

Commercial window cleaning pricing is determined after on-site consultation.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

Over time, your tile and the grout can collect dirt, grease, mold and other contaminates. This service will remove dirt and grime; leaving your tiles refreshed and renewed. Tile & Grout Restoration will leave your home/office looking pristine and presentable!

All pricing for this service will be rendered at the time of consultation. This will follow the on-site walk through and after the full scope of work has been assessed. Pricing for this service starts at $300. All services will have taxes added to the service(s) fees per state requirements.
